Okay for those who have a burning desire to
know more about me this is it in a nutshell.
I won’t bore you with too much detail but instead I'll give an
overview. I Possibly will
elaborate more in the future.
I was born a poor white child in a log cabin in
Lowell Massachusetts in 1953 to Leo and Irene Mercier.
Well okay but I am white and born in Lowell.
I have had the pleasure of living in Massachusetts, New Hampshire,
Vermont and now Texas.
I graduated from Lowell High School with the
class of 1972. I was married a
year later to my high school girlfriend Bonnie Vallerand Mercier and was
married for about 5 years until my divorce in the mid 70’s.
From there I went on to live the
life of a crazy bachelor and made many great friends over time.
I went on to live in Newport Vermont and partied almost every week
in Montreal Canada, where my ancestors came from.
At the same time as living in Newport Vermont I also had an
apartment in Melrose Massachusetts which I shared for 10 years with one of
my best buddies Bob Cavanaugh who actually had the ability to put up my
crap. I bounced around for a
while, back to New Hampshire and back to Massachusetts and eventually in
1995 I found my way to San Antonio Texas where I have stayed put for 15
years. I bought a house in
1999/2000 and have been a home owner since.
I have one brother, Rick Mercier, who lives in
Florida as of this writing. Rick
went on to marry Karen Kane, also from Lowell, and thanks to the two of
them I have two nephews, Patrick and Kristopher, and one niece Lee Ann.
Well Rick’s family went on to grow from there.
Patrick went on to marry Krista and Kristopher went on to marry
Shana Pate.
Well over time, when I get more time, I will
continue to add more detailed information to this page.
Things like names of past and current friends (that may piss off
some of them) and places where I have worked and more things that will just
boor the hell out of you.
